1. What's the terms of price ?
Gernerally speaking, we offer price with EXW, because the price we offer is very low, we did not add any freight cost or tax in it.
2. What's the terms of payment?
We request 30% deposit in advance, balance paid before shipment.
3.What kind of chip do we use for our product?
We can use chip brand as customer’s preference. Mostly chip from Taiwan and American, such as Epistar, Genesis, Bridgelux etc. We prefer customer tells us which chip brand they prefer to use, as there are too many brands, we can’t offer all chip price at one time.
4.What kind of driver/power supply do we use for our product?
We make the driver in our own factory, if customer need other driver brand , we can also supply, such as Meanwell, Mosa or other brand.
5.How many warranty we offer?
We normally offer 2-3 years warranty depends on the material used.
6.How do we handle complaints?
When we receive the complaint from customer by email or phone, we will pay high attention and reply immediately, and we will get proof of the complaints and investigate deeply, offer solutions between 1-7 days depend on the issue.
7.What's the MOQ for our product?
For first sample order, we have no request for MOQ, 1pcs/item is also acceptable, after sample approval, MOQ will be 100pcs for products less than 50W, over 50W MOQ can be 10- 50pcs. If special packing requested such as color box, then the MOQ will be 1000pcs-2000pcs.
